AGE POLICY

Guests must be 18 or older. The Firehouse Lounge is 21+ only. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 24 hours before arrival for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the first night.

SXSW & OCTOBER

SXSW and all of October require a 3-night minimum. Payment is charged two weeks before the event start date.

PARKING

No on-site parking. Street parking and several garages are nearby. Airport bus (CapMetro Route #20) is $1.25 and takes ~30 minutes.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 2am until 8am. Please be respectful of fellow guests.

TOWELS & LOCKERS

Towels and linens are provided. No outside bedding allowed. Lockers are free — bring your own lock or buy one at the front desk for $10.
